Let's get real for a second.

I have been MIA a bit lately, the past 6 weeks has been rough. I've been battling a couple cold and flu viruses, the holidays were busy, and January has been a struggle to get back on track.

I stepped in the scale this morning and eek, up 4lbs since late November.

I know what I need to do, I just need to dig deep and make the small, albeit necessary, changes.

Jeep an eye on my stories as I'll be popping in there to discuss things in greater Detail. Time to be more accountable!

A huge portion of success after #wls is having the appropriate, healthy food in our homes and making sure that our meals and snacks are on point.⁠

One of the best ways to accomplish this is through #mealplanning. This can be a weekly or biweekly activity that allows you to plan out your meals and snacks to make sure you are never in an "oh crap what am I going to eat" moment⁠

Personally...⁠
🌼 I meal plan once a week⁠
🌼 I am specific with dinners⁠
🌼 List out a bunch of items to have around for lunches⁠
🌼 Breakfasts are usually one of 3-4 things so those are staples in our house⁠
🌼 I then review what's in the fridge and pantry to list out things I need to replenish⁠
🌼 I am in love with my instapot and crockpot as they make meal making a lot easier.⁠
